Common questions

Is this an AI diagnosis?

No. The Care Check wizard helps you find the right kind of care quickly — it does not diagnose or replace a licensed clinician. Diagnosis and treatment are always done by a verified health professional.

What happens if my symptoms might be an emergency?

If your answers suggest a possible emergency (chest pain, severe breathing trouble, stroke signs, severe bleeding, pregnancy danger signs, suicidal intent, infant danger signs, severe allergic reaction), the wizard stops the routine flow and directs you to call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility.

Can I use this without internet?

ZenoXCare's on-device AI assistant can capture your symptoms and draft the intake offline. Final routing requires a connection so we can match against verified providers and current availability.

Will my symptom answers be shared with the provider?

Only with your consent. A pre-visit summary of your answers is generated and you choose whether to share it. The provider sees a structured summary, not raw chat logs.

Is NHIS accepted?

Where the matched provider is NHIS-eligible and accepts your card, that's surfaced on the booking screen. ZenoXCare also surfaces clear out-of-pocket prices for non-NHIS visits.
