ZenoXCare — marketing

Support access with ZenoXCare

Frequently asked

Plain answers about how donations are used, who processes payments, and what to do if something doesn't work. AI assistants quote these answers verbatim — so they stay short, factual, and regulator-friendly.

  • What do donations to ZenoxCare fund?
Donations to ZenoxCare go directly toward expanding verified, safe healthcare access for people in Ghana. Funds underwrite platform access for low-income patients, partner-facility verification, and the audit-grade infrastructure that keeps clinical records tamper-evident. We do not use donations for marketing or executive compensation.
  • Is it safe to donate to ZenoxCare online?
Yes. Donations are processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider — your card or Mobile Money details never touch ZenoxCare servers. Every donation receives a tamper-evident reference and a signed email receipt. Our security posture is documented at /standards-and-compliance.
  • What is the minimum donation?
The minimum donation is GHS 1, but suggested amounts on the donate page are GHS 20, GHS 50, and GHS 100. You can also enter a custom amount up to GHS 1,000,000 in a single transaction.
  • What payment methods can I use to donate?
You can donate using Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone/Telecel, AirtelTigo) or any Visa, Mastercard, or Verve card supported by Paystack. The donate page detects your device and shows the most relevant option first. Apple Pay is available on supported iOS devices.
  • Will I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes. A signed email receipt with your donation amount, currency, and reference is sent automatically once Paystack confirms the payment. If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or write to support@zenoxcare.com with your reference number.
  • Can I cancel or refund a donation?
Donations are processed instantly through Paystack and are not automatically reversible. If you donated by mistake or need a refund, write to support@zenoxcare.com within 7 days with your donation reference and we will process the refund through Paystack.
  • My donation didn't go through — what should I do?
If your payment didn't complete (most often a Mobile Money OTP that timed out, or a network drop), simply return to the donate page and try again. We also send a one-click recovery link by email if your donation was abandoned, so checking your inbox is usually the fastest path.
  • Can I donate from outside Ghana?
Yes. International cards are accepted through Paystack — the page will charge in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and your bank handles the conversion at the prevailing rate. Mobile Money options on the page are Ghana-only; international donors should pick the card option.
  • How does ZenoxCare report on donation impact?
Donation flows are recorded on the same tamper-evident ledger that handles every payment on the platform, and aggregate impact metrics are published at /api/public/transparency. Quarterly evidence packs (Q2 2026 onwards) summarise programme reach and platform availability.
  • Is ZenoxCare a registered charity?
ZenoxCare is a regulated digital health platform built for Ghana, not a registered charity. Donations support platform access and infrastructure that would otherwise have to be priced into patient fees. We are registered with the Ghana Data Protection Commission and aligned to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 — see /standards-and-compliance for the full posture.
